Our engagement models are flexible enough to mold it the way it works best for you.
The default engagement model is time-and-material contracts. It starts with describing a loose Scope-of-Work, outlining key details, and then estimating the number of people for the duration needed with the types of skillsets. It works best when the scope is evolving (which is the case for new products or startups).
On the other hand, we work on a fixed-price model; where we spec-out all the product features, and deliver the product as a turn-key contract. This is ideal for projects where independent planning of the product delivery is also left on Infocusp.
We also offer strategic engagement - defining what products and product features to build, and what technologies to use. This comes after decades of product making over the years.
The engagement could be as short as a few weeks of PoC - to multiple months, to multiple years. It really depends on what are we building.

We can enhance any existing products as well with our know-how. Though working on products from scratch is a preferred option.

Yes, we have multiple clients where there is no in-house software expertise. Those businesses are prospering, and the tech is delivered seamlessly over there.

Infocusp engineers collaborate well with the other engineering teams. Meeting in regular cadence helps in the collaborative efforts.

The Infocusp India employees work in India Timezone. Roughly from 11am to 7pm IST (IST is GMT +5:30). The engineers can be available for one hour later in the evening (roughly 9pm-12am) or so for pre-planned meetings.

Infocusp is pretty flexible there, the cadence could be as much as daily standup, to as little as once in a month. The standard cadence is sync-up twice a week.
